According to the “ Announcement of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on the First Exclusion list of the First Batch of Tariffs on the US and Canada “, the first batch of tariffs on the US and Canada is expired on 16 Sept 2020.  The China Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decided to extend the exclusion period for one more year to Sept 2021 for total 16 commodities including fishmeal, whey powder, small shrimp/ prawn seedlings and alfalfa.
