Comments:
- Fishmeal is remaining weak in terms of RMB prices though inventory is slightly lower.
- Poultry meal sales is quite active in RMB cash market but selling prices is steady following weak FM.
- MBM is quite short in China now so that importers are prefer to order Australia origin at this moment due to much shorter voyage.
In Jun 2021, Aquatic feed production is increasing 17.9% year-on-year while other animal feeds productions are all declining.

Important Decree about food products # 248 GACC:
All overseas manufacturers of imported food to be registered with the GACC (General Administration of Customs of China) and effective from 1/1/2022.
1) below products have to be registered via government Heath Authority at GACC :
Meat, meat products, casings, aquatic products, dairy products, bird’s nest, bird’s nest products, bee products, eggs and egg products, ediable fat & oils, stuffed pasta, edible grain, grain milling industrial products and malt, fresh and dehydrated vegetables, dried bean, seasonings, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, unfrosted coffee beans, cocoa beans, special dietary foods, health foods.
2) Other than above products:
To be registered directly or via Agent / Importers in China.
