The current quota is higher than the 1st season quota (2.413 millions metric tons.)

We list down the recent the 2nd season quota as below and noted this year 2.78 millions   is a relative big number.

2020 (2nd): 2.78  millions 
2019 (2nd): 2.79  millions 
2018 (2nd): 2.10  millions 
2017 (2nd): 1.49  millions

If we use the 24% conversation, it will about produce about 667,200 mt fishmeal.  However, all are depending catching results if the quota could be competed or not. 

Chinese RMB cash market basically is steady and some are adjusted about RMB 200/mt lower from 12,000 to RMB 11700-11800/mt (super prime quality).  China main port total fishmeal inventory (including sold but not moved out warehouse ) is at about 120,000mt and available to sell is estimated is about 50,000mt.
