Comment:
SBM: Demand of SBM is increasing during this peak feed production season. Furthermore, the high cost of imported soybeans and the high number of live pigs also supporting SBM moving at a high level. Foresee SBM shall remain a trend of strong volatility.

Canola meal: The domestic canola meal market continues to be in the peak season of demand but importing canola is declining so that Canola meal RMB prices is to be continuing firm in coming month.

Fishmeal: Fishing policy is still unclear in Peru which supported Chinese market RMB prices standing at historic high. We also recorded that fishmeal inventory at China main ports is continuing declining. We estimated that the supply of fishmeal shall be very tight during the 2nd half 2023. 

Animal protein: Total PBM imported quantity from Jan-Jun 2023 reached about 183,000mt including 29,800mt in Jun. Following the strong Fishmeal the PBM RMB prices is continuing firm.
