I. FISHMEAL / FISH Oil SECTION

[ IMARPE, Peru] Per IMARPE record, total trial fishing at North-Center during 11-13 Nov 2016 reached 50,690mt with averaged 16,897mt daily. Overall the catching result is good but with high percentage of juvenile. The official fishing shall start on 15 Nov 2016. |
Brief China RMB Cash Market:
Cash trend of China fishmeal has been keeping quiet status without apparent fluctuation after hearing the newly set of quota for 2nd anchovy season of Peru. Cash trend has not only dropped a little from previously RMB11,800-12,000/ton down to current RMB11,500-11,800/ton, but also Chinese shippers have thought RMB market would not reduce down below RMB11,500/ton although the newly set of quota was just a little bigger than estimation.

FM Comments:
The result of trial fishing during 11-14 November is showing good performance. However, market is still worry about if any mini ban due to high percentage of juvenile. Foresee, Chinese RMB market is going to remain quiet and steady before official fishing starts on 15 Nov 2016.
II. Animal Protein/Grain Sections
Meat and Bone meal / Poultry Meal: Uruguay MBM 45-47% is sold a bit lower to US$460 -470/range and Australian 50% indication at US$520 /mt cnf China level this week. USDollar market is slightly lower to reflect the low season during winter time in Asia. As for PBM, price is firm at US$815/mt CNF China main port. Demand is strong as usual.

China keeps slowing down soybean cargoes in Sept and meanwhile the entire crushing activity of China soybean meal remains consecutively decrement by reducing 14-18% in terms of volume since earlier summer.
III. Industrial Section
China live pig:
The breeding size of China live pig could be showing expansion both in Oct and Nov due to Q4 traditional lunar holiday. However, it is still now under a slowly paced of increment at total population that tells feeds productions would be measurably keeping low profile.
