Nº 099-2017-PRODUCE

Article 1. - Reset Resource Extractive activities of anchovy (Engraulis ringens) and anchovy (anchoa nasus) White made by fishing vessels operating in the framework of ministerial resolution no. 010 - 2017 - produces, from 00:00 hours on the day following the publication of this ministerial Resolution, in the area Maritime 16°30 'between the LS and the Extreme South of the Maritime Domain of Peru.
 

Article 2. - the Marine Institute of Peru (IMARPE, shall carry out the monitoring and follow-up of the major Biological and Fishery Resource, population of anchovy (Engraulis ringens) and anchovy (anchoa nasus) White and recommend timely, and inform the Ministry of production measures on Fisheries Management.

Article 3. - The non-compliance with the Ministerial resolution shall be punished pursuant to Decree Law no. 25977–ley general Fishing, its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree no. 012 - 2001 - EP and the consolidated text of the Regulation of Fisheries and Aquaculture (Inspections and penalties rispac), approved by Supreme Decree no. 019 - 2011 - produce and other legal provisions in force.

Article 4 The Department of Policy and Regulatory Analysis in Fisheries and Aquaculture, the fisheries Directorate General, the Directorate General for  industrial, artisanal fisheries and the Directorate General of supervision and  Punishment of the Ministry of production, as well as the Regional Bureaux and the General Directorate of Fisheries Jurisdiction of the Navy and Coast Guard  War of Peru's Ministry of Defense, within the scope of their respective Powers, ensure the implementation of the Ministerial Resolution and perform the  dissemination actions that correspond.
