I. FISHMEAL / FISH Oil SECTION
Brief China RMB Cash Market:
Cash trend of China fishmeal has been going down to RMB11,100/ton at Shanghai port during the week while Peru’s fishmeal cargoes keep approaching China main ports. Though fishmeal inventory stockpiled at main ports keeps reducing, the upcoming cargoes shipped from Peru’s 1st season would be soon to refill up the warehousing spaces in October.

FM Comments:
RMB Market: The relatively cheaper China fishmeal would absorb purchasing orders in domestic. The short-term trend of RMB cash market would be measurably slowing down below RMB11,000/ton while currency of RMB keeps appreciating status. The recent slowing down cash market of China fishmeal is to be mainly brought by currency element.
As of state-run thoughts of mind, which is to purposely reduce purchasing expenses during recovery stage in China, currency of RMB would measurably keep appreciating to 6.6-6.7Yen against 1USD during Q4. Going with it, RMB cash trend could even slow down to RMB10,000/ton though USD quotes in Peru has relatively grown up USD20/ton for pre-sale intentions.
