Cash market has been floating up to RMB11,400/ton at main ports though the entire stockpiles of China fishmeal has recently approached 100k tons after the arrivals of Peru’s cargoes shipped from 1^st season. The measurably fishmeal stockpiles located at China ports would be keeping increment status during rest of October.

However, due to the strengthening up USD quotes in Peru, Chinese fishmeal importers would uprise RMB cash trend accordingly to meet up with current uncertain circumstances where Peru would not clearly frame up 2^nd anchovy season by end of Oct.

FM Comments:

RMB Market: The strengthening up USD quotes would uprise cash market in RMB. The appreciating currency of RMB would stay firm at the range of 6.7Yen against 1USD where is to be a rational breakeven point to leverage the expenses at purchasing imported fishmeal with a cheaper rate in RMB. So, CFO measures currency issue may no longer a strong fact to slow down RMB cash trend during Q4.
