Cash trend of China fishmeal has been keeping quietly steady at RMB11,500/ton at Shanghai port while the entire fishmeal stockpiles at China ports are still good enough to cover up winter demand. RMB cash trend would be keeping steady status during rest of the month but a slightly downtrend could be seen if currency of RMB remains appreciating status till year end or the earlier of 2021.

FM Comments:

RMB Market: CFO measures RMB cash trend could be showing a slightly downtrend during rest of Dec of the earlier of next Jan. The appreciating currency of RMB would firstly reduce the landed tariffs with its imported costs, and so far there’s a smooth anchovy fishing in Peru where would ensure fishmeal supply during 1H of 2021 though recent incidence of juveniles are high. CFO keeps measuring the cash trend of China fishmeal would gradual slow down to RMB11,100-11,200/ton in a short term.
